1 – Definitions

The following definitions apply to these general terms and conditions:

  • Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
  • Consumer: Any natural person not acting within the scope of a profession or commercial activity who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
  • Day: Calendar day.
  • Continuing transaction: A distance contract concerning a series of products and/or services for which the delivery and/or purchase obligations are spread over time.
  • Durable data storage medium: Any medium that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that permits future consultation and unaltered reproduction.
  • Right of withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to renounce the distance contract during the cooling-off period.
  • Standard form: The form provided by the entrepreneur that the consumer may fill out to exercise their right of withdrawal.
  • Entrepreneur: Any natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers remotely.
  • Distance contract: A contract concluded within a system organized by the entrepreneur for the remote sale of products and/or services, exclusively using one or more distance communication techniques until the conclusion of the contract.
  • Distance communication technique: Any means used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the entrepreneur being physically present at the same time in the same place.
  • General terms and conditions: These general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers made by the entrepreneur as well as to all distance contracts or orders concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before a distance contract is signed, the consumer receives a copy of these terms and conditions. If this is not possible, it will be stated prior to the conclusion of the contract that these terms and conditions are available at the entrepreneur’s premises and will be sent free of charge upon request.

If the contract is concluded electronically, these terms and conditions may be provided to the consumer in an electronic format that can be easily stored on a durable medium. If this is not possible, the location of the online version will be indicated, and the terms can be sent free of charge upon request, either electronically or by another means.


4 – Offer

  • If an offer is limited in time or subject to specific conditions, this must be clearly stated.
  • The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or adjust the offer at any time.
  • The offer includes a clear and detailed description of the products and/or services offered.
  • Images used should accurately reflect the products and/or services presented. However, the entrepreneur does not guarantee that the colors displayed will exactly match the actual colors of the products.

5 – Agreement

  • The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions stated therein.
  • If the offer is accepted electronically, the entrepreneur must immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance via the same method. Without such confirmation, the consumer may cancel the contract.
  • For contracts concluded electronically, the entrepreneur implements necessary measures to ensure secure data transfer.

6 – Right of Withdrawal

For product deliveries:
The consumer may withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days. This period starts the day after the consumer or a designated third party receives the product.


7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs in case of withdrawal. A refund will be issued no later than 14 days after the entrepreneur receives the returned product.


8 – Disputes

All contracts are governed by French law, even if the consumer resides in another country.
